Day 25 is ready, and today’s lesson gets to the heart of something every sincere believer has felt but may not have been able to state.
We are in Romans 7:18-20, where Paul makes one of the most honest admissions in all of his writing: the flesh simply cannot execute what God requires, no matter how genuine the desire behind it.
This is not a discouraging word. It is a freeing one. Because once you see clearly what the flesh cannot do, you begin to see with fresh eyes what Christ has already done, and what it means that you are united to Him.
